Boilers R Us SE Ltd  Started as a small run family business in 1986 founded in Sevenoaks with showrooms in Welling & Eltham, the company has now grown into a well established company servicing the South East London and Kent areas.

The Company recognises the Importance of Climate change and global warming which in part are caused by increasing carbon dioxide emissions of which 28% of these emissions come from the domestic sector.  The company is committed to providing ecologically friendly heating installations to the highest standard carried out by our skilled team of engineers.

THE TEAM
WE believe the key to Boilers R Us success and growth is attributed to the expert team we have behind us. All our engineers are qualified to the highest standard and are continuously updating their skills with the most up to date training programmes held by the leading manufacturers in the industry.  They are dedicated to carrying out installations to the highest standard with the least disruption to the customer’s property.  They provide the customer with expert advice and never leave the property without ensuring the customer is happy and all instructions are explained thoroughly.

Our expert admin team and office staff are committed to providing the highest quality of customer care and also have an awareness of technical issues so the best advice can be given to new customers and provide existing customers with an excellent and prompt aftercare service if needed. Our showroom staff, provide expert advice when considering which boiler or installation would be suitable and all our showrooms have an expert installations Manager based there.
Team meetings are held on a monthly basis which helps us review and reflect  upon what we could do to improve our service which helps to ensure excellence in customer service.  After all it wasn’t the Pharaohs who built they Pyramids!
