On the 5th &6th August 2010 you fitted for us a new boiler. I am writing to compliment you on the two engineers Dean & Geoff, who carried out the job.
They did a wonderful job and were very efficient, polite and tidy.

Following a visit from your staff to install my new boiler, I had to write to commend them on a job well done. They worked diligently, tidying up as they worked. After they have installed the unit, they took time to explain the operation of the boiler as well as making sure that I had a booklet should i need further reinforcement.
I have not experienced this level of expertise for a long time. My sister echoes my sentiment as they had worked at her place.
